Breaking records as women in sales.

What a year for our #VerizonWomenInSales! We made Verizon history this year with a record number of 25 finalists for the Women in Sales Awards (WISA) Europe 2023.

The Women In Sales Awards were created to bring a greater awareness of the need for gender diversity in sales and executive leadership teams, as well as to help grow the pipeline of sales talent. The awards are an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women in sales roles.

Alina Beidner: Sales Newcomer winner

Women in Sales Awards 2023 Finalists and Winners

In total, we had 43 nominees across Verizon Business and Verizon Connect with 25 being named as finalists. To be shortlisted as finalists, all nominees were tasked with completing a comprehensive questionnaire on why they should be considered for their category. They were supported through this process by Verizon Business leaders and V Teamers who provided assistance and guidance, helping them put their best foot forward as potential finalists.
