What you’ll be doing...
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements related to Pega decisioning logic and Case Designer to create a case type, sub cases, add process to case and develop POCs based on gathered requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications for PEGA decisioning implementation. Design and implement decision strategies and Data Model (Data Tables, Data Pages, Advanced properties options, and linked properties) using Pega CDH. Configure and customize Pega decisioning components to align with business rules and objectives utilizing best practices for efficiency and scalability. Work closely with development teams to integrate decision strategies into existing systems and applications. Coordinate, manage and support production releases. Perform analysis of the various requirements, develop the code, and conduct code reviews following enterprise DevOps process test released features and monitor the application health. Author decision rules, decision tables, and decision trees within Pega to optimize decision outcomes. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of decision strategies, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and data scientists, to ensure seamless integration of decisioning solutions into overall business processes. Work closely with IT teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of decisioning implementations. Develop and execute test plans to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of decision strategies. Conduct thorough testing to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards such as CPNI, responsible AI, etc. Document decisioning processes, configurations, and best practices. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Pega decisioning functionalities.
What we’re looking for...
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include the following:
- 6 years with PEGA Case Management;
- 6 years performing software development using SDLC methodologies;
- 6 years using Oracle DB to design and execute complex queries;
- 6 years with Data Model;
- 4 years with PEGA CDH integration and decisioning Implementation; and
- Requires Pega CSA, CSSA, and CPDC Certifications.

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.Scheduled Weekly Hours
