What you'll be doing…
Manage the delivery of IT development projects, as an individual contributor, including gathering information from stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and document requirements to support the design, development, and testing of a Pega NBA implementation. Translate the high-level vision from the business team into technical specifications for the Pega development and testing teams. Act as a key player in agile process management, daily grooming sessions, analyzing, scoping and accepting user stories and User Acceptance Testing sessions. Collect business and technical requirements by leading requirement gathering sessions with extended cross functional teams and make decisions independently. Manage multiple campaign initiatives and partner with cross functional teams, including marketing, technology, product and data management, to ensure effective collaboration and campaign execution. Monitor the status of the campaigns, identify potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to mitigate them. Create user stories and grooming the stories with the Pega Development and Quality Assurance teams to get group consensus. Contribute to the creation of use cases, test cases, traceability matrix and business requirement documentation. Serve as the liaison between the business and the Development teams in order to supply technical solutions to meet business needs. Ensure solution implemented meets the business requirements and business can report on the effectiveness of each campaign.
What we're looking for…
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a PEGA Decision Architect, Sr. Software Engineer, Sr. Developer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include:
6 years in the following: software development, business analysis; PEGA Decision Architecture; PEGA; SQL database, data analysis; and
2 years in the following: Java, C++, C#; Python and R.
Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.Scheduled Weekly Hours
