You’ll be front and center, hands-on and contributing your creative energy, and the skills and experiences you’ve gained in your degree program to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 10-week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects within the Consumer Customer Success Operations & Strategy Organization that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program. You will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives from conception to execution, lead high-priority projects, and facilitate decision-making tracking. You'll learn from the best minds in the industry and improve your knowledge in an environment that’s dedicated to industry superiority.
As an intern with the Customer Success Operations & Strategy teams, some of the skills and areas you may have an opportunity to work on include:
Spearhead High-Priority Projects: Lead the end-to-end management of 2-3 key strategic initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the highest standard.
Bridge Strategy and Execution: Translate high-level business goals into actionable project plans, defining milestones, identifying resource needs, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
Partner to Create Executive-Level Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing concise, regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes to the leadership team.
Facilitate Decision-Making Tracking: Proactively identify needs and timelines, facilitating and helping prioritize needed stakeholders and work tracking
Coding in Smartsheet: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in writing complex, logic-driven formulas and creating multi-step automated workflows. Knowledge of premium apps like Data Shuttle and Document Builder is a major plus.
API & Scripting Concepts: Exercise your familiarity with how REST APIs work to write a basic script in a language like Python or JavaScript to read data.
Data Analysis & Visualization: Utilize your experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Quickbase, Power BI, or Tableau to build interactive dashboards.
Database Fundamentals: Use your basic understanding of data concepts like data mapping and primary keys.
You’ll join us for the Intern Marquee event, a unique experience designed exclusively for all US interns. It's your chance to sharpen your professional development skills, build your connections through structured networking, and be inspired by our top executive speakers.
You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered.
In this hybrid internship, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. This hybrid internship may be based out of Basking Ridge, NJ or Irving, TX. If relocation is required, relocation assistance may be available.

You’ll need to have:
Attended Irving, TX V-Teamer for a Day event on September 30th 2025.
Ability to participate in our hybrid 10-week internship that takes place from June 2026 to August 2026 working a full-time schedule.
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related major, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ or Irving, TX. As noted, relocation may be provided in certain situations. If relocation is required, you must be able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation to the office location.

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: Data visualization & analytics tools (Looker, Qlik, Tableau, Google Sheets, Excel), Project management tools (Jira, Smartsheets), Generative AI products.
Project experience and/or coursework in system testing, data analytics, product management, project management, product management, Google suite.
Adaptability, time management, collaboration, strong leadership, presentation and technical skills.
Compensation
The base pay rate for this position is $23.00/hour.
