We’re looking for an Operations Support Analyst who will lead projects and activities that support the Global Network and Technology organization, specifically the Wireline Network Operations. Working across organizations, you will use analytical expertise to identify trends, issues and opportunities, all with the goal of transforming the customer experience and finding ways to make our business even better. You may be asked to lead projects/programs that support process improvements, quality, and efficiency. Your support of our centers and field will provide expertise and direction to improved resource management. Identify areas for improvement, incorporate best-in-class and cutting-edge techniques, and design new approaches and methodologies.
Analyze data and identify drivers and solutions to various operational issues.
Perform reporting analysis on strategic initiatives to identify opportunities to reduce cost and drive efficiency in business operations.
Explore historical operations data to predict future outcomes, working at times with large and disparate data sets.
Confirm quality of the overall scope of processes/programs through constant monitoring, control and auditing of the various initiatives.
Drive close collaboration and partnership with stakeholders; customer service, sales, IT, HR, Labor, and other cross functional teams and partners.
Ensure early identification of issues, determine potential resolutions, obtain the appropriate resources, communicate status, track and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to management, highlighting key business results and actionable insights.
You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered.
In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. This hybrid role will be based out of Basking Ridge, NJ. If relocation is required, relocation assistance may be available.

You’ll need to have:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree majoring in Business, Leadership, Communication, Project Management, Data Analytics, Data Science or related majors with a completion date between December 2025 and June 2026.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
Experience analyzing data, building reports and presentations, and making recommendations.
Excel (i.e., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Google Suite, Smartsheet, and basic Tableau skills.
At least six months of full or part time demonstrated work experience in any role, including campus work study positions.
At least six months of demonstrated leadership experience (clubs, work, class projects, etc).
Willing and able to travel.
Willing and able to relocate.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Demonstrated strong written and communication skills.
Experience identifying issues, tracking their root cause, and pursuing solutions to achieve goals.
Extensive experience in data analytics and strong critical thinking skills.
Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to comprehend business needs and translate into technical requirements for user stories.
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and its technology landscape.

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is between $72,000-$77,000. The base pay rate will vary depending on your role and degree type.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $60,000.00 - $98,000.00.
