You'll be a key player in optimizing our financial health by leading our efforts to reduce digital processing costs. You'll primarily focus on software license optimization, acting as the primary expert on our software asset portfolio. Your deep analysis of software usage, strategic negotiation with application stakeholders, and proactive identification of cost-saving opportunities will directly contribute to our bottom line without compromising operational efficiency.
Conduct in-depth analysis of software usage data to identify underutilized licenses and opportunities for consolidation or retirement.
Develop and execute strategies for software license cost reduction, including software recommendation, alternative licensing models, and rationalization of the software portfolio.
Collaborate with various internal teams, including product ,platform teams, and procurement, to implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software asset management and cost optimization.
Manage cross portfolio relationships and lead upgrading and building new and renewed software and tools to secure the most favorable cost for the portfolio
Experienced in all aspects of the vendor lifecycle, from contract negotiation and performance monitoring to building and maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships to secure favorable terms and pricing.

You’re a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with a knack for turning complex data into actionable insights. You thrive on the challenge of identifying inefficiencies and creatively solving problems. With excellent communication and negotiation skills, you're comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership. You're a self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a keen focus on achieving significant cost savings.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of experience.
Six or more years of experience in Software Asset Management ,cost optimization and financial analysis.
Led a team
Proven experience in negotiating with software vendors and managing complex contracts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify cost-saving trends.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience with specific software asset management (SAM) tools.
Professional certifications such as Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) or a similar qualification.
Experience with a variety of software licensing models (e.g., perpetual, subscription, usage-based).
A background in digital processing or cloud cost optimization.
