What you’ll be doing...
You’ll be leading a team who designs, develops and delivers Contact Center as a Service and Voice Security solutions for Verizon's Enterprise and Public Sector customers, focusing on leading capabilities, strong partnerships and Verizon differentiation. You'll craft a long-term vision and adjust along the way as you respond to the rapidly changing landscape. You’ll bring your vision to life from development to go-to-market strategy and into the hands of customers, building better ways for people, businesses, and things to stay connected.
Understanding and anticipating what the market needs.
Testing out new ideas and concepts for feasibility and market potential.
Creating what’s next to meet those needs.
Leading a team to achieve your vision.
Defining the product vision and customer experience and bringing it to the global market.
Forging strong relationships with external partners and cross-functional teams to get it all done.
Advocating for your products to gain resources and support needed for success.
Assessing performance for continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Managed products from ideation through development to launch.
Strong experience with partner management.
Experience leading a team.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A Master’s degree – ideally an MBA.
Expertise in contact centers and voice security services, such as NICE, Genesys Cloud, Pindrop or SecureLogix.
Familiarity with best-practices-based product innovation concepts such as human-centered design thinking, lean, and agile.
Ability to convey your ideas in compelling and persuasive ways to a variety of audiences.
Led a team to achieve goals.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $129,000.00 - $247,000.00.The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $142,000.00 - $247,000.00.
