What you’ll be doing...
Contribute strategically to the development of national and regional marketing campaigns, both as standalone initiatives and within a journey framework. Demonstrate high-level thought in aligning solutions to strategy and drive optimal sales through targeted marketing lists that involve a variety of media types, including digital and non-digital marketing (DMP, direct mail, outbound telemarketing, email). Develop complex campaigns that may involve multiple database environments or varied marketing campaign tools, ensuring accurate implementation of Regulatory, Legal, and Privacy policies. Support the implementation of new technology stack tools and data sources. Exercise judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Operate independently, exhibit initiative, and manage projects through to implementation. Develop and manage advanced dashboards, macros, and reports for presenting analysis to higher authorities to make informed decisions. Utilize expertise in statistical data analysis using SQL, Oracle, Teradata, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau. Develop and implement the full use of Pre Contact Universe Enhanced (CUE)/CUE as a customer contacts and prospect contacts identification tool, used as a source table for all Artemis instances. Conduct intense QA and maintain the feedback loop with the IT and Artemis team to track all improvements, bugs, and features. Refine the 1st and 3rd party datasets that CUE uses today and bring in additional intelligence to augment the database. Develop and maintain databases on the Google Cloud Platform, adhering to best practices in marketing science and the business intelligence team. Oversee analytics and reporting solutions in Tableau, including requirements gathering, planning, communicating, KPI reporting, and other project management tools. Manage multiple projects with varying timelines, emphasizing quality of work. Collaborate with different stakeholders to build a strategy to attract more leads and opportunities on different wireline campaigns. Build relationships with teams to deeply understand business issues and continuously develop scalable analytic approaches and solutions. Mentor and drive operational excellence on some projects from the Marketing Science and Data Intelligence team. Identify, resolve, or escalate roadblocks to achieve realistic goals. Provide meaningful insights through advanced analytical models and present project results or data points as a story to leaders. Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams. Work with business leaders to keep projects aligned with their goals, adjusting schedules and targets as needed.
What we’re looking for...
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Principal Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Software Engineer-Data, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include the following:
- 4 years with Data analysis using SQL and Tableau, Data engineering and Project management interfacing with IT, legal and vendors;
- 2 years in writing complex SQL statements like JOINS, UNIONS and Group by;
- 2 years in creating Dashboards with Tableau and performing ETL using Alteryx or similar tools;
- 2 years in project management to deliver marketing lists within tight deadlines; and
- Experience with creating and presenting slides for Director and VP’s.
