In this role (Consultant) Business Operations will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various programs and projects within the organization. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The resource will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met on time and within budget.

What you'll be doing:
 

• You will hold complete responsibility and accountability for the whole of BizOps segments.
• You will drive and own Employee engagement, Branding and Communications, Talent Transformation, Vendor Management, Resource and financial management which are the key pillars for the Org.
• You will work towards process streamlining, bringing in new ideas to the table and creating a positive environment across each of the pillars.
• You will work with the team in automating their daily manual day to day activities and creating space for new learnings and development.
• You will own each of the operations , plan and track them end to end and make sure to close them with the best outcomes or results.
• Responsible for tracking key metrics and ensuring governance.
• Strong ability in developing impactful presentations and videos.
• Effectively plans, prioritizes and manages work and clearly sets and communicates key priorities/expectations
• Professionally manages and supports both internal and external Stakeholders
• Supporting communication efforts that enable the delivery and management of key communications

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You are curious about new technologies and the possibilities they create. You enjoy the challenge of supporting applications while exploring ways to improve upon the technology. You are driven and motivated, with strong communication and analytical skills. You will be working with multiple stakeholders within wireless teams in understanding and delivering the requirements and design.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or for or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Project Management Framework.
• Hands on experience in handling Business Stakeholders (Both Internal and External)
• Knowledge in G-Suite, MS Office
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
