A Senior Manager opportunity is now available within the Marketing Activation team. This position will be responsible for driving and supporting initiatives across Local Marketing, Priority Segments, and Experiences. This role will focus on both General Market and Latino initiatives, with the latter leveraging in-language and bilingual communications.
The primary responsibilities associated with this position include...
Shaping yearly and quarterly strategies and narratives to deliver on key business/marketing objectives.
Serving as the strategic lead on individual initiatives to drive customer acquisition as well as retention.
Responsibilities include…
Partnering with business unit leaders on priority objectives
Analyzing business and consumer data across markets/segments
Partnering on research to uncover consumer perceptions, test strategies and optimize messaging
Crafting insight-led, data-driven briefs, GTM and channel plans
Providing strategic guidance and feedback to cross-functional teams and agencies
Collaborating on media plans, tactics and integrations
Partnering on experiential activations and in-store events
Developing toolkits to guide tactical executions
Building campaign learning agendas and post-mortems to drive effectiveness and establish best-practices
Stakeholdering plans with peers and leaders

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
The preferred locations for this role are the hub locations listed below; candidates in other locations also may be considered: Basking Ridge (NJ), New York(NY)
What we're looking for…
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Strong communication skills - written, verbal and deck-building.
Experience developing marketing/campaign/comms strategies and plans.
Experience with consumer research, in-market tracking and creative optimization.
Experience building cross-functional relationships and influence.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.
Experience managing multiple high-visibility, high-complexity projects simultaneously.
Even better if you have:
Fluency in Spanish
Experience in local and/or multicultural marketing

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,500.00 - $201,000.00.The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,500.00 - $201,000.00.
