The Global Real Estate team manages a global portfolio of over 100 million square feet of space through our administrative, network, garage work center, and retail portfolio. We are enablers of the business, strategically partnering with all Verizon teams to ensure their success in meeting the business needs of today and the goals of tomorrow. In this role, you may have the opportunity to:
Support our project team during the construction of one of our new state-of-the-art garage work centers
Work with the Portfolio Strategy team to understand how we can support the future of work
Deep dive into the leasing and build program for our corporate retail stores
Learn how our buildings operate to support Verizon’s 5G Network
Help Team Energy determine our next location for on-site solar deployment
You’ll join us for the Intern Marquee event, a unique experience designed exclusively for all US interns. It's your chance to sharpen your professional development skills, build your connections through structured networking, and be inspired by our top executive speakers.
You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered.
In this hybrid internship, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum of 3 assigned in-office days each week. This hybrid internship will be based out of Basking Ridge, NJ. If relocation is required, relocation assistance may be available.

You’ll need to have:
Ability to participate in our hybrid 10-week internship that takes place from June 2026 to August 2026 working a full-time schedule.
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program majoring in Real Estate or a directly related area such as Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or Construction Management with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
Willing and able to travel.
Willing and able to relocate.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Previous internship or work experience in one or more of the following: Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or Construction Management.
Demonstrated independent thinking, relationship management and attention to detail.
Demonstrated strong analytical, communication, leadership and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, team environment.

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is between $23.00/hour - $25.00/hour. The base pay rate will vary depending on your role and class year.
