What you’ll be doing...

We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant for Executive Communications to manage our communications (,mainly internal, but also external).

Key qualities include phenomenal communication and copywriting skills, experience in corporate communications and project management. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment that values customer centricity, customer experiences, teamwork, accountability, and a positive attitude.

As part of a vibrant and growing team, you will generate insights and support planning and performance operations for the VBG Product and Marketing organization. You should be able to challenge the status quo, demonstrating a willingness to reinvent processes and policies and embrace change.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and drafting slides for executive communications (reports, notes, agenda setting, etc.).

• Maintaining the organization's micro websites with daily/weekly updates on happenings and highlights.

• Video Creation - Experience leading content development, including storyline development, script writing, and guiding visuals (in partnership with a visual designer).

• Managing organizational distribution lists, org charts, and other key housekeeping items as the single source of truth.

• Assisting in developing effective corporate communication strategies.

• Supporting internal communications (memos, newsletters, etc.).

• Aiding in communicating strategies and messages from senior leadership.

• Developing and implementing strategic employee and external communications across various channels for senior leaders.

• Collaborating with and proactively supporting senior leaders on communication strategies and standard processes.

• Building reports and metrics-based programs for executive communications.

You’ll need to have:

• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications and marketing, including executive communications, within a fast-paced, high-tech company.

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills - you will be supporting Director and SVP level executives with creating impactful , on brand, communications including presentation slides and/or video content.

• Knowledge of developing and maintaining micro websites (e.g., Google Sites).

• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.

• Fluent verbal and written English.

Even better if you have:

• Background in PR or Media or Add agency

• Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging with a simple, direct, warm, and friendly tone.

• High degree of flexibility and the ability to prioritize simultaneously.

• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Specific knowledge and experience working for a Customer Experiences Team.

• Experience working with Telecommunication/IT clients

• Demonstrated experience in communications at an enterprise, software-as-a-service company.
