You’ll be a part of software engineering teams internally and externally to design and develop complex software architecture identifying architectural design and improvements, deployment strategies, continuous integration and delivery, testing and maintenance building upon a broad knowledge spanning all aspects of strategic program delivery currently undergoing NSA migration activities. To ensure timely delivery, we require a resource with strong CXP Aggregate/Domain knowledge. Additionally, needing the strong and hands-on experience with AI tools would be highly beneficial for exceeding industry standards. This single, scalable system enables our customers to access one of the largest globally integrated networks. Your work will help us to stay at the forefront of technology and positively impact the customer experience.
· Working closely with external teams to define release content and ensure growth of the platform to meet competitive demands. This includes leveraging AI Tools and other AI-assisted development tools to increase efficiency and code quality.
· Leading and mentoring engineering web and application programming interface teams through software platform releases, ensuring products are on spec, architecturally sound, and delivered on time. You should be proficient in using AI Tools to enhance collaboration, documentation, and communication.
· Supporting customers with major platform issues and coordinating triage efforts to solve them.
· Documenting and maintaining architectural guidance to ensure performance and scalability of the platform.
· Adhering to industry standards and best practices and understanding emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve the systems, application, infrastructure, and processes.
· Experience with building and deploying applications that leverage Generative AI APIs and services.

You’ll need to have:
· Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
· Four or more years of relevant work experience.
· Relevant work experience in design and architecture using Java/J2EE/Spring technologies with design and architecture.
· Experience in programming languages like Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring boot, Reactive, Web Services, REST API, Microservice along with strong knowledge on Cassandra databases and scripting.
· Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts, including but not limited to Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and their application in enterprise solutions.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
· Experience with service-oriented architecture and messaging platforms.
· Experience in Agile/Scrum projects.
· Knowledge on Cloud Based services and Agile Development.
· Effective code review, quality, performance tuning experience.
· Demonstrated experience with AI tools for software development.
