What you’ll be doing...
As a Software Developer within an Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing solutions across various facets of the development process. This includes automating the SDLC, implementing the Agile model, and working with authentication technologies and tools to enhance team security and efficiency. Your role will encompass the complete SDLC process, collaborating with diverse stakeholders such as business Points of Contact (PoCs), cross-team technical engineers, and Solution Architects.
End-to-End Software Lifecycle Management: The description covers the entire software development lifecycle, from specifying, designing, programming, documenting, testing, and bug fixing. This holistic involvement is a hallmark of a software developer's role.

Primary Skills
Bachelor’s degree of four years.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Core Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Webflux, Cassandra, Authentication, Ping (Forgerock) Access Manager, Ping (Forgerock) Identity Gateway, Security fundamentals.
Beneficial Skills: Splunk, Open Search, New Relic, Elasticsearch, Logstash.
Responsible for specifying, designing, programming, documenting, testing, and bug fixing involved in creating and maintaining software components.
Performs hands-on coding work on projects to introduce new modular, reusable Service/API or enhancing the existing ones.
Analyzes requirements and determines the design of the software systems and services that best meets the needs of the business.
Supports the structure, design, and document software systems and services, utilizing the necessary programming languages.
Develop the initial design and testing framework to ensure the software meets the requirements of the business and functions accordingly.
Resolves issues that occur within the programming or other components of the software.
Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware, or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
Provide updates to the business and internal teams on project status, proposals, or technical issues.
Good debugging skills and mentoring skills

Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Experience working in Agile/SAFe teams.
Strong experience with engineering/building solutions for Quality Assurance.
Knowledge of software engineering patterns, NFR and development practices.
Ability to adopt an automation first approach and execute the automation test strategies.
Knowledge of reusable component development and Databases/SQL.
Collaboration skills to manage the peers, partners and other stakeholders.
