What you’ll be doing…
The Senior Product Manager position will play a key role on the team and navigate a broad range of complex business challenges, collaborating across a variety of business partners, including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. The position will partner with the leaders of the organization to ensure alignment on both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for our Network and High-Bandwidth Wave product lines. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends to drive product development.
Lead the successful commercialization of the product line, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and launch planning, resulting in a significant increase in market share and revenue.
Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, market trends and customer feedback, using this information and intelligence to make data-driven decisions, ensuring product competitiveness and success. Participate in analysis surveys to promote product leadership, innovation and competitive advantage.
Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals. Continuously refine and update the roadmap based on market dynamics, stakeholder input, and customer feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and across the organization, including sales, marketing, engineering and operations to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
Portfolio Performance: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the product portfolio. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and own the P&L success of the products, focusing on sales, revenue, market share, profitability, and competitive analysis.
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Knowledge base of various telecom and VPN technologies including Ethernet, MPLS, or SD-WAN as well as industry standards.
Experience in the creation of internal and customer-facing product collateral, FAQs, white papers, and presentations.
Ability to work on a global scale across multiple time zones.

Awareness of and up to date on technology trends and industry competitiveness.
Proven track record of successfully bringing technology products to market and driving revenue growth.
Strong communications skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to varying and multiple audiences.
Ability to work to completion without direction.
Self-motivated and driven.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within time constraints and manage multiple high-profile projects.
Demonstrated experience managing and leading cross-functional product teams, ideally within the technology or XaaS space.
Experience in developing executive-level presentation materials.
An innovative mindset and commitment to staying at the forefront of technology trends in Networking, High-Bandwidth Wave, AI, NaaS and Cloud.
A Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering, computer science or similar.
Experience in Agile and Scrum, including relevant project management platforms like JIRA.
Additional technology experience with wireless, AI/ML, edge computing, SDN, IoT, and automation.
Certifications from equipment vendors, hyperscalers or industry standards bodies.
GSuite expertise.
Spreadsheet and programming expertise for data modeling.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $124,000.00 - $238,000.00.The annual salary range for the Colorado location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $136,500.00 - $238,000.00.The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $136,500.00 - $238,000.00.
