What you'll be doing…
Maintain and create Workday Supervisory Organizations, Locations, Positions, Cost centres, Cost Center hierarchies and worked on the Role Based Security, User Based Security, Job Based Security groups.
Configuring the system to meet the requirements of all the Core HCM Setup Data, Compensation and Business Process.
Work on Reports to create custom reports and Advanced Reports using Workday Report Writer and Calculated fields to meet the business needs
Collaborate between HR functional owners, IT, and other interested parties to support our custom HR Workday applications.
Work on enhancements that transform the business, gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, work with IT to resolve defects, arrange test plans/support large testing initiatives, and manage production releases.
Work with the vendor to support existing absence processes and implement new ones when necessary.
Perform mass data uploads to support central absence keying for large groups across our business.
Perform system configuration based on the business needs.
Workday Inbox Management/ delegation
Manage Workday Releases, check for new feature updates and configure the new feature for business use.
Configure new business process and update existing BP’s for as per the client requirement.
Performing regression testing for the Workday release and provide support on the production issues
What we're looking for…
Bachelor's Degree with four or more years of workday experience.
Experience in Workday Core HCM, Integration using EIB, Core Connector, Document Transformation, Report Writer and Calculated Fields, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Compensation, Security Configurations and Business Process configuration, Talent & Performance,
Experience in analyzing data between Peoplesoft and Workday.
Experience in providing technical documentation when initiating trouble tickets, follow-up with the team on any needed clarifications, and work through any roadblocks that come up.
