What you’ll be doing...
As a Solution Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions in VBG for one or more projects, develop e2e design and provide regular support/guidance to delivery teams.
Demonstrate Omni-channel and customer centric thinking and engagement in creating experiences.
Provide solutions for multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with business clients, subject matter experts, IT and internal project managers to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and status communication to all involved parties.
Drive digital innovation by leveraging innovative new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing technology base to optimize user experience
Understand complex architectures and clearly communicate those architectures at both a technical and executive level. Find areas of agreement, brainstorm solutions, and gain consensus and alignment on solutions.
Evangelize and teach best practices, system design principles and adoption of new technology or techniques
Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models
Complete ownership of one or more areas within solution architecture as well as lead a set of architects
Role Specific Responsibilities
Architecture: Define, and maintain the vision and guidelines for enabling and implementing software architecture in the BSS/OSS, Integration, Data, System Processes, Application and Security domains.
Ensure that there is a disciplined process for future architecture requirements including standardization.
Assessment of the issues and risks related to architecture, infrastructure, and security of assets to provide the best, well balanced solution architecture.
Develop a big picture/vision of architecture strategy in an environment where customized, autonomous decisions have been made.
Leadership
Establish strong relationships with the business and IT groups within our organization, teaching and driving improved communication of the architecture vision and the needs and issues as they relate to architecture, infrastructure, and security.
Provide ongoing evaluations of technology solutions and capabilities to ensure alignment with business objectives, identify areas of risk, while monitoring the current environment, potential improvement areas, and the financial implications of those decisions.
Strategic
Provide combined leadership on forward thinking strategic issues supporting our business and IT growth initiatives, as well as, tactical architecture issues relating to today's IT environment

As part of the Solution Architecture group, we are looking for an experienced Solution architect for the business group who is creative with strong interest in technology and will focus on North star architecture and finding opportunities to architect the next generation, large-scale business systems. We are looking for someone who has the ability to apply multiple solutions to enable future-state business capabilities that, in turn, drive targeted business outcomes. They should be able to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of existing, new and emerging technologies that enable and drive new business solutions and models.
As a Solution Architect leader, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects, establish strong relationships with the business and IT groups within our organisation and provide forward thinking for strategic issues supporting our business and IT growth initiatives.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Six or more years of work experience in solution/technical/enterprise architecture.
Three or more years of experience in designing Pega journeys, NBAs, Predictive intelligence & machine learning analytics
Experience on TMForum Open APIs implementation and design, Product Catalog, Marketing products designs
One or more experience in designing large scale chatbot solutions, integration with chat, Voice, agent assistant solutions.
One or more Solution experience in Customer and Assisted Channels, IVR, Bots, Mobile Apps, Care Applications, Stores applications.
One or more Understanding of Cloud platforms, Microservices
One or more PEGA BPM & Decisioning
One or more CRM suite of products like Adobe, Salesforce or Dynamics365
Even Better if you have
Good understanding of content management solutions to manage marketing content on digital platforms. Preferably AEM
Sound knowledge about data security and encryption
Platform/Deployment in AWS with Kubernetes
Telecom Domain background is a must.
TOGAF, TMForum certification will be an added advantage.
