What you’ll be doing...
As a Purchasing Analyst, you'll point of contact for all purchasing activities related to our wireless network (RAN). You'll manage the entire purchase order lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring a smooth and compliant process. Your role will involve close collaboration with a variety of teams and external vendors to facilitate procurement activities and resolve issues efficiently.You'll act as a key support for our field engineering teams, guiding them on procurement policies and helping them navigate vendor onboarding, invoice discrepancies, and contract management. Additionally, you will perform audits to ensure strict adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance standards.
  • Manage the End-to-End Purchase Order Lifecycle: Oversee all aspects of purchase orders for wireless network equipment.
  • Provide Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with diverse teams, including procurement, finance, field engineers, and external vendors.
  • Resolve Issues and Inquiries: Address and resolve procurement-related issues and requests through a dedicated ticketing system
  • Support Data Analysis: Conduct market data analysis for data clean-up initiatives and assist with year-end financial closing.
  • Any other tasks assigned by your manager

You have a knack for problem-solving and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to achieve shared goals. You're proactive in resolving issues, and your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including field engineers and vendors, is a key strength. You are committed to maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance in all your work.
You’ll need to have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in procurement or a similar purchasing role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems or similar issue-tracking software.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain or business-related field.
  • Familiarity with contract management and financial classification processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data cleanup and financial reporting.
