Backend (Senior Java Cloud Engineer)
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-performance backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, with a strong emphasis on automation and reliability.
Containerize and orchestrate backend services using Docker and Kubernetes.
Design and optimize database schemas in MySQL and integrate with OpenSearch for complex search and analytics functionality.
Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and automated deployments.
Collaborate with front-end teams to define APIs and ensure smooth integration.
Mentor junior backend developers and uphold best practices for code quality and system architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience as a backend Java developer.
Deep expertise in Java and the Spring framework, with a focus on Spring Boot and microservices.
Extensive, hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, and SNS.
Proficiency with Docker and a strong understanding of containerization principles.
Expertise in designing and managing relational databases like MySQL.
Proven experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
Solid experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
