What you’ll be doing…

As a Verizon Business Group Marketing and CX Technology Specialist, you’ll be responsible for enabling real-time marketing (RTM) and customer experience (CX) capabilities and other innovative initiatives. You'll work as a part of the Marketing and CX Technology team to build out technology, processes, data flows and reporting to support RTM and CX across the marketing organization. 

Working closely with stakeholders and partners, you’ll develop RTM and CX use cases based on business needs and a roadmap for future development. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure real-time behavioral triggers are captured and the data needed to power campaigns is available.

You'll  be part of the AI, Martech, and Personalization team, 

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing RTM and CX roadmap with emphasis on scalable, future-proof development and innovation. 

  • Performing use case development, prioritization, enablement and optimization. 

  • Developing value measurement and KPI reporting. 

  • Ensuring that programs/projects are delivered on time and results meet budget, time, quality and strategic and tactical key performance goals. 

  • Establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners. 

  • Understanding the MarTech, CX, Adtech and SalesTech stack including Adobe Experience Platform and its components. 

  • Establishing strong partnerships with vendors, managing the vendor deliveries, and influencing vendor product roadmap.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, or a related field.

  • 4  or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience managing projects, and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer and team-oriented work environment. 

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Design, Management Information  Systems, or a related IT or technology field. 

  • Experience working with marketing or customer experience teams, whether as a part of marketing, in a supporting  team, or in an agency/partner role. 

  • Experience working with sales, marketing or customer experience technology and/or related business  technology platforms.

 

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
