What you’ll be doing...
Develop and implement a QA strategy to ensure product Quality and customer satisfaction.
Understand the QA Process, Standard and Best Practices to be followed across the organization.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, DevOps, Support, and vendors to Define Quality standard, requirements, communicate issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure overall alignment with the Project Goal
Monitor QA Metrics and KPIs to track performance and effectiveness
To Evaluate the user interface(UI) and user experience (UX) to ensure ease of use, intuitive navigation, and overall user satisfaction
Verify that all feature and functionality of the application works as expected according to the requirements
Assess the application's performance in terms of speed, responsiveness, and stability under various conditions.
Test and Ensure platform infrastructure is stable and reliable with Auto scaling, Failover, Performance/Load Testing and Redundancy Testing
Plan to Identify and Address potential security vulnerabilities such as data breaches, unauthorized access, and encryption issues.
A good analytical aptitude to apply quality assurance principles to all aspects of work
Strong organization skills and the ability to work successfully with onshore and cross-functional team
Continuously improve the QA Process based on the feedback received from the Team.
What we’re looking for...
You will need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Experience in backend services testing, testing tools development, and Test automation experience.
Strong knowledge of QA Methodologies, tools and processes.
Excellent communication, analytical , problem solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and Manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
Experience in Test tools development using Javascript, Angular JS, Node JS, Python, Selenium/Appium, Webdriver agent , MongoDB and Flask
Expert in automation using Robot Framework, Python, and Selenium/Appium
Highly Skilled in Python programming and Requests Library for Backend Automation
Knowledge of cloud technologies - AWS preferred
Knowledge on containers and orchestration tools like Docker Kubernetes and EKS.
Should have hands-on experience working in Jenkins, Git, Jira, Confluence, any test management system, etc.
Hands-on experience in QA Test Tools like Jmeter, Load runner, and POSTMAN
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Demonstrated ability to create a positive, growth-oriented team culture, where individual contributors thrive and continuously improve their skills
Understanding of Wireless networks and IT processes
Experience in Performance Testing
