What you’ll be doing…
As the Real Time Marketing (RTM) Strategy Lead, you will be a critical member of the Agile RTM team, which is responsible for driving segment growth and marketing innovation by delivering relevant and timely testing of content and experiences, orchestrated across all digital channels and along the entire customer journey. This testing strategy should result in scalable learnings and improvements that will drive growth, increase revenue, reduce support costs, and improve the digital experience for customers. The ideal candidate is someone who's passionate about exploring emerging digital marketing trends and capabilities, and translating them into incremental improvements of the customer experience attained through experimentation and multivariate testing. They also excel in a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment, and flourish when success is achieved through relationship building and influence. The RTM Strategy Lead responsibilities include:
Managing mid to long term experiential roadmaps for the digital capabilities and platforms that power Real Time Marketing
Creating new, high-value use cases for personalized experiences, targeted propositions and segmented offers which are proven, scaled and iterated on through digital experimentation
Identifying emerging concepts and best practices in digital UX, personalization and engagement and turning them into viable RTM tests for Verizon’s digital site
Working with the Promotions team to develop targeted promotional offers and strategies for promo-driven RTM tests
Partnering with the MarTech and Platform teams to prioritize opportunities to use iterative test & learn to augment relevant capability and feature launches
Ensuring tight linkage with the Scrum and Test leads to transition roadmap testing concepts into active sprints
Providing input on test requirements and variables to ensure alignment with the directional strategy of the capability or platform
Collaborating with the Scale Lead and other key stakeholders to utilize test outcomes, insights and learnings to evolve strategies for future sprints
Ensuring tight linkage across digital page and funnel owners to coordinate testing with site enhancements and maintain alignment with the broader digital strategy
Leveraging and contributing to best practices within the Agile Real Time Marketing program
Champion the “Challenger Mentality” of RTM: Think boldly to challenge the status quo, and take calculated risks grounded in data and insights
What we're looking for...
You are an action oriented, results driven professional with a history of achievement operating and thriving in a fast paced environment.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six years or more of relevant work experience
Six or more years of experience in Digital CX, digital marketing, or digital product management either in a business, agency, or consulting organization.
Experience in creating and executing effective programs to grow sales, traffic, and/or engagement.
Highly organized personality that thrives in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment and can manage multiple priorities
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
An MBA or relevant advanced degree
Experience in digital optimization and multivariate testing with a goal of maximizing conversion rate, orders, or other positive business outcome.
Experience creating Digital UX components and site experiences
Experience in digital personalization and digital marketing technology
Familiarity with the key enablers of the digital channel including web analytics, engagement strategy, demand generation and capture tactics, etc.
Experience managing marketing promotion strategy for a medium or large company, preferably for the digital channel
Strong data analytics and quantitative skills in financial and assessment of monetization models.
Strong oral and written communication skills and comfort presenting to all levels of an organization

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
