What you’ll be doing…

As the Real Time Marketing (RTM) Scrum Lead, you will be a critical member of the Agile RTM team, which is responsible for driving segment growth and marketing innovation by delivering relevant and timely testing of content and experiences, orchestrated across all digital channels and along the entire customer journey. This testing strategy should result in scalable learnings and improvements that will drive growth, increase revenue, reduce support costs, and improve the digital experience for customers. The ideal candidate is someone who's passionate about exploring emerging digital marketing trends and capabilities, and translating them into incremental improvements of the customer experience attained through experimentation and multivariate testing. They also excel in a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment, and flourish when success is achieved through relationship building and influence. The RTM Scrum Lead responsibilities include:

  • Manages the pool of execution resources, primarily working with functional leads, but with direct access to all working team members

  • Prioritizes, manages the backlog of testing ideas, and identifies necessary resources

  • Works with the Test Lead and Scale Lead to prioritize the backlog for review with broader Real Time Marketing and partner organizations

  • Prioritizes tests, which are then orchestrated with the Test Lead

  • Works closely with the Test Lead and Site Lead to ensure deadlines and milestones are achieved to execute sprints

  • Organizes and leads scrum ceremonies including managing the daily standup, scope, timelines and deliverables that support business goals

  • Maintains open action logs and follows through to completion

  • Leads retrospectives to incorporate lessons learned and also communicates results to key stakeholders aligned with guidance from Finance and other functional leads

  • Leverages and contributes to best practices within the Agile Real Time Marketing program

  • Seeks connections with other scrum leads, and actively influences scaling and MarTech process and prioritization

  • Channel a group of experts to execute quick-turnaround experiments designed to create real bottom-line impact

What we’re looking for...

You are an action oriented, results driven professional with a history of achievement operating & thriving in a fast paced environment.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience

  • Six or more years of experience in digital marketing, digital operations, or Agile project management

  • Experience operating in an Agile environment with digital project management tools (SmartSheets, JIRA, Adobe Workfront, etc.)

  • Highly organized personality that thrives in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment and can manage multiple priorities

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • An MBA or relevant advanced degree

  • Experience as a Scrum Lead on a digital marketing or digital product team highly desired 

  • Experience in digital optimization and multivariate testing with a goal of maximizing conversion rate, orders, or other positive business outcome

  • Familiarity with the key enablers of the digital channel including web analytics, personalization strategy, demand generation and capture tactics, etc.

  • Strong data analytics and quantitative skills in financial and assessment of monetization models

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and comfort presenting to all levels of an organization

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to coach, motivate, mediate conflict and facilitate efforts across a cross-functional matrix team focused on a common goal

  • Ability to identify digital trends and best practices across industries and apply those concepts

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $105,000.00 and $213,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
