What you’ll be doing...
The Principal Consultant High Density Network Service Optimization will be responsible for developing and bringing to market new Consulting Service (CS) offers. You will own the optimization of the High-Density Network (HDN) CS team’s existing portfolio of CS offerings, ensuring service offers have a full complement of collateral, are properly mapped in the product hierarchy, are properly configured in quote to cash systems and have fully developed governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with key stakeholders in the Verizon quote to cash systems/process.
Represent the HDN practice in Global Product Hierarchy design/configuration process.
Development of key service offer collateral (internal and customer facing).
Development of service offering processes and procedures.
Optimization of existing service offerings to ensure alignment to CS operational requirements.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience performing service development
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience in site services and structured cabling material and labor processes.
Experience working through legal, tax, regulatory approvals required to launch new services.
Experience with custom labor services.
Ability to foster relationships across organizations and build consensus.
Proven experience launching services to Sales teams
