What you’ll be doing...

As a Senior Analyst supporting our Operations Call Center, you will lead projects and activities that support plant damage recovery across the United States. Working across organizations, you will use analytical expertise to identify trends, issues and opportunities, all with the goal of improving the customer experience and finding ways to make our business even better. You may be asked to lead projects/programs that support process improvements, quality and efficiency. Your support of our centers will provide expertise and direction to improved resource management.   • Analyzing data and identifying drivers and solutions to various damage recovery claims.

  • Coordinating tasks involved with collecting evidence and all related documentation needed for the purpose of recovering losses due to a third party damage.

  • Managing workload distribution, job due dates and workflow documentation.

  • Ensuring quality of the overall scope of processes/programs through constant monitoring, control and auditing of the various initiatives.

  • Driving close collaboration and partnership with stakeholders, and other cross functional teams and partners.

  • Identifying areas for improvement, incorporating best-in-class and cutting-edge techniques, and designing new approaches and methodologies.

  • Ensuring early identification of issues, determining potential resolutions, obtaining the appropriate resources, communicating status, track and resolving them in a timely manner.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience analyzing data, building reports and presentations, and making recommendations.

  • Experience with G-Suite tools.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience with complex tools and systems including; DCWEB, ETMS, Remedy, vRepair, vBuild, and FLPS.

  • Experience identifying issues, tracking their root cause, and pursuing solutions to achieve goals.

  • Experience with PowerPoint and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Experience with investigations and claims.

  • Ability to comprehend business needs and translate into technical requirements for queries.
