What you’ll be doing...

The digital organization is growing! There has never been a more exciting time to join this dynamic team, as we shape the future of Verizon's digital home sales strategy. As a member of this team, you will be at the forefront of transforming our digital ecosystem via the design & implementation of critical growth strategies & programs directly impacting the success of the business. Your work will be key to increasing revenue, reducing cost, enabling impactful personalization, and enhancing the digital experience for both new & existing customers for Verizon's Home Internet products & services (FWA & Fios).

More specifically, you will be spearheading the development of cutting-edge, unified mobile and home digital experiences, for both Verizon prospects and existing customers. You will be responsible for delivering revenue-accretive digital experiences from conception through execution. You will play a vital role in driving our digital transformation strategy, obtaining senior leadership alignment and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to guide the work through to delivery. As a member of our high-performing team, you will leverage your customer-centric, entrepreneurial mindset to create best-in-class digital experiences, and to make a significant impact on the future of our Home Digital business.

Key Functions:

  • Utilizing internal data platforms, competitive reporting, and  market/customer trends to identify opportunities for the digital channel. 

  • Developing multi-year strategic plans and corresponding business cases to drive org-prioritization and alignment to key unification workstreams. 

  • Creating and manage a roadmap of transformation initiatives, and maintain a robust backlog, to ensure a consistent pipeline of revenue-generating digital launches.

  • Supporting optimization of the end-to-end digital customer journey across various .COM and application-based entry points, for Verizon prospects and existing customers. 

  • Developing tactical work plans and coordinate delivery timelines in close collaboration with key partners, stakeholders, and vendors. Partners include mobile, digital merchandising, finance, design, product, communications, and technical/backend architecture teams. 

  • Defining digital product/capability requirements and support refinement to ensure solutions are developed in accordance with the digital strategic vision.

  • Monitoring digital KPIs to provide regular performance updates, and make data-driven decisions guiding ongoing improvements/iterations.

  • Effectively communicating digital strategy, initiative status, and growth plans at all levels of the organization.

 

What we’re looking for... 

You are an action oriented, results-driven professional with a history of driving impactful outcomes in a fast paced environment.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • An entrepreneurial & resourceful mindset, able to identify creative solutions to reach goals, increase productivity, and solve complex problems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize data to inform decision-making and to spot relevant patterns/trends to support solutioning.

  • Experience bringing a product, capability,  or service to market.

  • Demonstrated strategic acumen, with the ability to navigate through ambiguity. 

  • Excellent communicator with experience building content & presenting to audiences at all levels of an organization.

  • Strong collaborative & interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive alignment & execution across a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal.

  • Ability to deliver multiple, simultaneous projects in a  fast paced, matrixed environment.

Even better if you have:

  • An MBA or higher education degree.

  • Digital sales, digital  marketing, e-commerce strategy, personalization, omnichannel integration, and/or digital product management experience, either in a business, agency or consulting organization.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.

  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Experience creating and executing programs to grow sales, traffic and/or engagement.

  • Knowledge of behavioral science, design thinking, shopper/consumer demand motivators, project management, and/or process engineering.

  • Previous working experience in analytics or data science.

If you are hired into a Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $119,000.00 and $241,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
